Delivery methods and charges

  1. Shipping method:
  • Air freight and express delivery: we usually use air freight and express delivery for product quantity below 1 tonne or sample order.
  • Land transport: In some regions (e.g. Russia) we use land transport.
  • Sea freight: we use sea freight for bulk goods, but the time limit is longer.

To sum up, we usually use air freight and express delivery, depending on the customer’s needs and the transport situation of the destination country.

2. About shipping costs:

  • Sample order: generally speaking, there is no charge for sample order products (some products with higher unit price will be charged a nominal product fee), but the cost of shipping needs to be paid by the customer.
  • Under 100 kg: There are two ways, self-pickup and logistics delivery, self-pickup is free of charge, and the calculation method of logistics delivery freight is 35 US dollars per kilogram for less than 10KG, 30 US dollars per kilogramfor more than 10KG-20KG，and 20 US dollars per kilogramfor more than 20KG.
  • Over 100 kg: more than 100 kg, please contact to negotiate price and freight

How to Order

The purchase process is as follows:
1. You are free to choose to submit the form on the Contact US page or contact us directly via WhatsApp/Telegram/Email, telling us the products you are interested in, the quantity you need and the destination country.
2. Your sales will contact you within 24 hours and give you a competitive price according to the product requirement information you provided.
3. If you are satisfied with the price given by your sales, you can start to create your order.
4. We will normally despatch the goods within 48 hours of receipt of full payment and give you a delivery note.

Payment method

We can support multiple ways to receive payment, TT, Western Union, Virtual Currencies (Bitcoin, USTD, XMR), Credit Cards and Alipay, you can choose the way of payment that suits you according to your preference.

Regarding delivery

  • Weekdays (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm): dispatch will be arranged within 48 hours of receipt of full payment for the order.
  • Legal Holidays: In case of legal holidays, the delivery time may be delayed, please contact your sales representative for details.

About express delivery

We ship goods by DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, China Post, Dutch Post and other express companies, the weight is from 10 grams to 1000 kg or even bulk cargo
