Cocentech is a manufacturer specialising in the sale of a wide range of chemical raw materials. Headquartered in Wuhan, China, it has several warehouses around the globe and has customers all over the world and is widely praised. You can order chemical raw materials from Cocentech with confidence.
Our minimum order quantities are generally based on the value and nature of the product.
Normal value products: Normal products start from 1KG for powder; 1KG or 1L for liquid.
More expensive products: For higher priced products such as peptides, the MOQ is usually 100G or MG.
We can support multiple ways to receive payment, TT, Western Union, Virtual Currencies (Bitcoin, USTD, XMR), Credit Cards and Alipay, you can choose the way of payment that suits you according to your preference.
Please provide the invoice information after payment, our purchasing manager will check the order against the invoice information for product shipment.
We have the four major couriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL and TNT), China Post and dedicated mail from various countries. We usually choose the most suitable line according to different countries and customs clearance efficiency.
Purchase
The purchase process is as follows:
1. You are free to choose to submit the form on the Contact US page or contact us directly via WhatsApp/Telegram/Email, telling us the products you are interested in, the quantity you need and the destination country.
2. Your sales will contact you within 24 hours and give you a competitive price according to the product requirement information you provided.
3. If you are satisfied with the price given by your sales, you can start to create your order.
4. We will normally despatch the goods within 48 hours of receipt of full payment and give you a delivery note.
Necessary information is required: your name, telephone number, email address, country, postcode and delivery address; please also check the product name and quantity with your sales after payment has been made; any special requirements (if relevant). For sample orders and orders less than 100kg we generally do not offer discounts, if you order more than 100kg at one time our sales will give you a suitable discount scheme according to your products.

Yes, we can support customised packaging services. You can propose your packaging design or our designers can design according to your needs. We follow the service concept that customer is God, if you have any needs please feel free to contact us anytime.
Cocentech’s Purchasing Manager will dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving your payment. You will receive the goods you ordered within 7-15 business days of shipment. If your shipment involves customisation, the shipping time will be extended and your sales will advise you of the exact timeframe.
If you have an urgent requirement, please contact your sales manager before placing your order. You will be given a more specific delivery time when we receive your order details.
Within 24 hours after the shipment has been dispatched (this may be delayed in case of statutory holidays) your sales manager will send you the tracking number of your shipment and the dispatch information. Please note that logistics tracking information may not be online in time. In addition, your sales manager will keep you updated on the status of your shipment.
