How to Order
1. Optional contact details
- You can provide us with your valid contact details by filling in the form here and the back office staff will arrange for a suitable sales manager to contact you.
- Directly through the contact information provided on the website (WhatsApp/Telegram/Threema or Email), you can talk to the person in charge of the website.
2. Provide product prices
Your sales will offer you a very competitive price for your product (usually FOB) based on the product you need, the quantity and the destination.
3. Payment options available
We support multiple payment methods, TT, Western Union, Virtual Currency (Bitcoin, USTD, XMR), Credit Card and Alipay, you can choose the payment method that suits you according to your preference.
Please provide the invoice information after payment, our purchasing manager will check the order against the invoice information for shipment.
4. About shipping
- Air freight and express delivery: we usually use air freight and express delivery for product quantity below 1 tonne or sample order.
- Land transport: In some regions (e.g. Russia) we use land transport.
- Sea freight: we use sea freight for bulk goods, but the time limit is longer.
To sum up, we usually use air freight and express delivery, depending on the customer’s needs and the transport situation of the destination country.
5. How to trace your order?
When we receive your payment water bill, our purchasing and dispatch department will check the goods together with your sales manager, and then your goods will be packed according to the company’s standard packaging (except for special customised requirements).
Your parcel will then be sent from the warehouse to the port for delivery and your sales will send you a final number for the parcel within 24 hours of delivery.
Thereafter, our follow up staff will start to continuously track your parcel and update your order status anytime after the shipment has been sent out, and if your parcel has an accident on the way we will help you to change the delivery number and keep you informed of the latest situation.
